Alchemy Charcuterie Boards

Our signature boards feature artisan cheeses and meats, from both near and far, purveyed by local cheesemongers. Boards are accompanied by a rotating selection of housemade condiments, nuts, olives, relishes, pickles and mustards. Rotating often. Ask today’s current selection on each board for more details

‘Merica board

Midnight Mood (goat), Balsamic Bellevetano (cow) and sharp cheddar served alongside locally made calabrese hot wine salami and smoked Wild Boar Jalapeno Cheddar sausage.

European board: France and Italy

Los Cameros ( Spanish mixed milk), French triple cream brie (cow) and DOP Parmigiana Reggiano (cow) served alongside Merguez Lamb sausage and thinly sliced DOP Italian proscuitto.

Cheesemonger board

Roquefort Blue ( France, sheep milk), Fontina d’ Aosta (Italy, cow milk) & Comte (France, cow milk) served with accompaniments.

Bread board

Fresh breads served with local honey, sweet cream butter, black lava salt, cracked black pepper and house made sun dried tomato oil

Single Charcuterie Skewer

Mix of single cheese, meat, olive and vegetable.

Tartines

A seasonally rotating selections of toasts, tartines, crostini, bruschetti or whatever you’d like to call them.

  • Pear- Roquefort Blue cheese and wine poached pear topped with honey and rosemary.
  • Steak- Garlic cheese spread, marinated flank steak and spinach topped with fontina cheese.

Fondue for Two

  • Traditional – Swiss and gruyere fondue served with marinated steak medallions, fresh fruit, and french baguette points.
  • Chocolate- Swiss chocolate fondue served with bananas, pineapple, graham crackers and marshmallows.
