Juicy, full-bodied character, with flavors of black and blue berries, dark chocolate, and spice. Some say it has notes of raspberry liqueur, spiced rhubarb, licorice, and tobacco.

kind of like their version of a Cotes du Rhone, and it is a blend of  50% Shiraz, 25% Grenache, and 25% Cinsault fermented and aged in cement and older foudres. Peppery, spicy, and loaded with fresh and ripe red berry notes, this is smooth and supple, dry and refreshing.

Aromas of dark cherries, dark plums, grilled meat and herbs. It’s medium-bodied with sleek tannins and texture. It’s rather lean at the center with a fluid finish. Grenache, syrah, carignan and mourvedre.

Ruby red in colour, on the nose, complexity that gives us notes of flowers and ripe fruit, accompanied by the unmistakable black pepper. In the mouth blackberry and black cherry jam.

Purplish red color. A nice nose with aromas of fresh red fruits (raspberry, plum), and a subtle note of vanilla. In the mouth it is fresh, juicy, with good structure, medium body, with round tannins, good acidity and a medium finish.

A deep, nearly opaque red, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon is spicy, with wild herbs, redcurrants, and mentholated herbs. Full-bodied, with ripe raspberry fruit, this is what a great entry Sonoma Cab can be all about. With fresh herbs, good structure, and ripe fruit.

A fresh and wild pinot with aromas of cherry stones, orange peel, soil, hibiscus and thyme. It’s medium-bodied with powdery tannins, crisp acidity and a mineral, earthy finish.

This is attractive, with wild strawberries, cocoa-dusted cherries, walnuts and nutmeg. Juicy and pristine on the palate, with medium body, crunchy acidity and sleek cherries and raspberries in the middle. Its both delicate and firm, with a flavorful blue-fruit finish. Drink or hold.

Dark ruby. Deeply pitched black and blue fruit aromas are complemented by suggestions of cracked pepper and licorice. Broad and fleshy but rather brooding on the palate, offering ripe blackcurrant and boysenberry flavors and a bit of warmth.

The nose offers intense aromas of blackberry jam, stewed black plum, black cherry, and black pepper, along with ample complexities of baking spice, dark chocolate, tobacco, vanilla, and cedar from its extensive aging in French oak barrels.

Delectable, fruity nose underscored with aromas of red and black fruits. Generous and aromatic on the palate, with silky tannins. Balanced and delicate. Gamay Noir is a high acid, low tannin varietal known for its plush fruit, floral and sometimes candied aromas. Grown in the Beaujolais region since the 14th century, it thrives in cool climates.

This has an Amarone feel to it, at least on the nose, with spicy dried berries and that signature, heady feel. The full body, though, offers fresher currants and berries and a long finish, well supported by medium-grain tannins. Delicious. The real deal for Ripasso.

Deep ruby in color with fresh black cherry, plum, blackberry, cedar, and hints of vanilla. The texture is smooth and sleek in the mouth with firm tannins and fresh acidity. The palate is loaded with fresh blackberry, plum, currants and hints of cinnamon and vanilla. Crafted to be enjoyed upon release, this wine will also stand the test of time for those who can wait!

A  beautiful, classic cool-climate, mountain-grown 100% Cabernet  Sauvignon. Aromas of lead pencil, and spiced red fruits. Flavors of  currant, blackberry, black pepper with a chalky texture. Finishes with  notes of white pepper and cranberry with well-defined tannins.

The nose is packed with black fruit, especially blackberries and plums, with slight spicy overtones hinting at black pepper and cinnamon. Sweet, soft tannins come together in a closely-woven texture that combines with great fruit character and crisp freshness on the palate.

100% Pinot Noir presents a brilliant ruby color with elegant aromas of red fruits, cherries and cassis. Spicy notes lead to a very elegant finish where balance and finesse, fruit and subtly woody flavors blend harmoniously. Light and user-friendly.

Wild sweet berry fruits dominate the nose, with hints of spice, herb, graphite and salinity. A silky smooth entry leads on to full bodied flavors of sweet cherry, raspberry and nutmeg. Despite the big flavors this is still lovely and fresh, with a long finish and fine tannins.

Dark in color, once in the mouth, it explodes in flavors of blackberries, vanilla, spice and a hint of black pepper.

Now, Syrah, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Malbec, Sauvignon Blanc, and even that elusive beast of the wine world--affordable Pinot Noir—have joined the ranks of Chile’s most famous offerings. And don’t forget Chile’s signature grape, Carmenere--a peppery, purpley beast that goes wonderfully with grilled meat dishes.
