Depart Alchemy Wine and Beer at 1:30 pm towards Niagara on the Lake to begin our wine trail tasting tour where we will visit three renowned Ice Wine producers for a behind the scenes look into their production facilities while enjoying a tasting and food pairing at each.

Next we will head to the The Niagara-on-the-Lake Icewine Village where Queen Street is transformed into a picturesque winter wonderland. Free time to explore Niagara’s world-renowned Icewine and delicious culinary creations from local vendors while enjoying cozy fire pits, live ice carving demonstrations, and stunning light displays on the Old Courthouse.

At 8 pm the annual IceHaus Cocktail Competition lights up Queen Street in Niagara-on-the-Lake with an exciting Euro-pop vibe. With bright light displays, delicious Icewine cocktails, and a live DJ, this event is a fun and energetic way to end the evening.

We will depart back to Hamburg from Niagara on the Lake at 10:00 PM.
